micro-polished
Explanation:
A guess. I have found it in the first reference below (it gives microsmeriglio in the Italian version), but I don't know how reliable their translation is. However, if you look at the second reference, which is an explanation of the technique, it looks like spazzolatura- polishing- comes into it.

micro peach (or peach skin) fabric

Explanation:
Peaching is a process where they run the fabric between emery rollers to make it velvety.

It may be - a Babylon Dizionario del Tessile e Della Moda says for "smerigliatura": "Passaggio del tessuto su cilindri rivestiti di carta smeriglio per conferire il cosiddetto effetto "mano pesca". The same idea is also stated on Wikipedia.

So it makes sense that microsmeriglio would be be micro peach. However, that doesn't explain why the website that Katharine posted below, http://www.fimotex.com/index.asp?Szn=Microsmeriglio , has mano pesca and smerigliatura as two separate descriptors.

Anybody in the industry here??

Asker: I've translated 'mano pesca' with peaching. Is it the same thing?
