Italian term or phrase: stile muccato
"Il locale, caldo e accogliente, è arredato come un nostalgico saloon country in ***stile “muccato”***; il rosso delle pareti, dei mattoni del bar… e lo stesso della carne succulenta, fresca, tenerissima e saporita che esce di continuo dalle cucine e che viene servita ai tavoli: costate, braciole, agnello e molto altro."

Va bene, "muccato" sarebbe "cow-spotted"...ma "stile muccato" ?

Qui "muccato" non si riferisce al pattern "cow spots" ma all'atmosfera generale...

Explanation:
a prescindere dalla mia prima reazione quando ho letto la domanda ("ma chi scrive 'sta roba?"), se stile "muccato" non sta a significare cow style (io lo tradurrei così), non mi sembra che ti restino molte altre opzioni a parte country style e saloon style, che però hai già nella frase che precede e non puoi ripetere.
Io, non potendo usare il riferimento alla mucca, elegantemente glisserei...
