Italian term or phrase: cuscinetti di scorrimento
This refers to the roller or slide system in a rail switch. The blade or tongue (ago) moves from one position to another on the "cuscinetti di scorrimento". The sentence is part of a list describing maintenance work on the switch:

verifica dello stato dell'armamento con relativa pulizia dei cuscinetti di scorrimento dell'ago

Could this be "roller bearings", simply "rollers"? (I found "slide chair", but as I understand it, that refers to the part below the "cusinetti di scorrimento").

Many thanks for any help you can offer.
