lavor da anni in una azienda vinicola afianco di un enologo americano e sento spesso parlare di VIOLET (sia per il colore, violet tinge, sia per il profumo, scent of violet).

secondo me precisare che e' di campo non e' importante, forse e' solo un modo per dire che il profumo e' piu' intenso.



io direi:

a typical and full-bodied bouquet with scent of violets.
