I've already agreed with Margeret, but in reply to your note:
azienda produttiva is used in general for manufacturing companies / producers - a company that produces/manufactures something (not only relating to food or drinks). I would use a specific term where required, such as wine producer in your case, and a more generic 'company' when a specification is not needed.
I do like wine producer as well...but I just came to another part of the text where companies that do not produce wine are referred to as "aziende produttive". They do produce food products, but I don't think "food producer" has the same ring to it. Is there something as universal as "azienda produttiva" that I could use for these companies, whether they produce wine or food products?
