"organically grown grapes" would be a correct English phrase using "organically grown"

(or "organically grown carrots", and etc.!)

organic Italian vineyards

Explanation:
You would have to say that the wine itself is grown organically but I think the above is the tidiest solution. Unless of course you have a creative license inwhich case you could try an outlandish Discover Organic: why Italian Vineyards are the best......

agree  xxxMr Murray: Yep. I always have difficulty with the use of 'organic' in this sense - because what are 'non-organically grown'? - this is the contemporary collocation. I'd add a hypen between Italian and vineyards to be clear they're not grown by 'organic Italians.'

-> Thanks Mr Murray - agreed about the awkwardness of "organic Italian..." :-)

agree  Rachel Fell: organic vineyards of Italy possibly - not really enough context - http://www.downtownexpress.com/de_167/thelistings.html

agree  BdiL: In fact "organic wine" ("vino biologico") would be an unacceptable shortcut; also according to the law (still they use it). Also a nonsense because wine would not keep. Yr explanation "from...grown"is perfect. I worked in this field(quicksand!). Maurizio

-> Thank you Maurizio -- the idea of an organic vineyard does sound a little strange. Better to talk of organic grapes, as you say.
