Purtroppo (o per fortuna ...) il linguaggio della descrizione dei vini permette parecchia licenza poetica .... Esiste l'espressione "persistenza aromatica intensa" (detto anche PAI), tradotto in inglese "intense aromatic persistence" (IAP). Forse si potrebbe cavarsela con: the aromas repeat (on the palate) and make the persistence rather long and pleasant.
