Italian term or phrase: G ha affidato la consulenza a AR
This is from a website describing a vineyard in Italy. The sentence reads- G ha affidato la consulenza a AR che si occupa della gestione dei vigneti ecc. G is the owner of the vineyard, and AR in charge of managing it. It is an accurate translation of 'consulenza' in the context of viticulture that I'm wanting. Many thanks.

rephrase
Explanation:
If you use "consultancy", the English is going to sound stilted. Something like:

G has hired consultant AR to manage the vineyards

reads more smoothly.

-> Fair enough but it depends how formal the overall tone of the web site is, really.

agree  Helen Pringle: I think 'engaged' sounds a little higher class than 'hired'
