Hi!does anybody know how to translate this in English?
I only know it's a quick or soft pressed must, but I would like to understand if there is a precise translation.

i.e. this is the best quality juice that "runs freely" when only light pressure is applied.
Heavy pressing breaks open the pips, for example, adding bitter flavours to the juice.

agree  EleoE: However, it is also known (worldwide) with the french term: cuvée.

  -> Thanks! I hadn't come across this specific meaning of "cuvée" before. It seems to be used primarily for Champagne: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuvée

Explanation:

“First pressing” juices are prepared from the classic initial pressing which are set aside from the ones richer in polyphenols. The same distinction is made for grape juices as is for musts.
