Italian to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Wine / Oenology / Viticulture | | Italian term or phrase: mosto fiore | Hi!does anybody know how to translate this in English?
I only know it's a quick or soft pressed must, but I would like to understand if there is a precise translation.
