Sono state eliminate nel processo di consolidamento le transazioni infragruppo.
In particolare:
... A questo proposito si evidenzia che sono stati elisi gli addebiti da O&M XXX a TEC per i servizi resi sugli impianti di Calabria Sud. Non sono invece stati eliminati gli addebiti da TME a TEC per l'impianto di XXXX in gestione provvisoria. Infatti, per semplicità espositiva e per omogeneità sia con il forecast 2006 proforma sia con i sucessivi anni di piano 2007-2009, **essendo quest'ultimo passante in TEC** (costi uguale a ricavi), non è stato considerato nei ricavi e nei costi di TEC ma è incluso nel consolidato nell'ambito del conto economico proforma denominato O&M TEC.
