j'écrirais:
Les intérêts financiers inhérents aux biens transmissibles gratuitement construits grâce à un financement de projet sont capitalisés jusqu'au moment où le bien en question devient effectivement disponible

cespite c'est généralement un "actif amortissable" effectivement, mais je me demande si le terme actif dans ta phrase ne risquerait pas de prêter à confusion

Asker: Ne peut-on parler d'actif pour "cespite"? J'ai trouvé aussi cette traduction de "bien" que tu as indiquée. Merci.

Asker: J'ai fait qqs recherches, et apparemment, on parle bien d'ACTIF pour CESPITE dans ce cas (voir à immobilisations + dépréciation).
