je souhaiterai savoir comment traduit-on le mot "controllata"? par "société contrôlée"? par la filiale? par société dépendante? j'ai déjà posé cette question auparavant mais je ne suis pas encore fixé sur la réponse. D'après ce que je sais il y a la "controllata" e "la controllante". Est-ce que "controllante" est un synonyme de "capogruppo" c'est à dire donc la société mère? merci pour vos éclaircicessement |
