Merci pour cette confirmation. C'est bien ainsi que je pensais "traduire" : en conservant le latin, mais je ne sais pas comment j'ai opéré pour effectuer mes recherches en FR, je ne trouvais que des ex. en IT et en ANGL.

duodecies, douzième en latin, ne se traduit pas.

Ce recours à une numérotation en latin est courant dans le Code Général des Impôts français (même si on le trouve pas dans d'autres codes ... plus simples) où il n'est pas traduit : undecies, duodecies, terdecies ....
