D.1 – Valore delle garanzie e degli impegni
I crediti acquistati in pro soluto che non hanno trasferito tutti rischi e benefici (derecognition) figurano tra le garanzie rilasciate di natura finanziaria. Il valore della garanzia è rappresentato dal valore nominale dei crediti stessi diminuito delle quote già erogate al cedente. Inoltre tra le garanzie di natura finanziaria figurano anche i crediti per i quali la società svolge il servizio di garanzia. Tra gli impegni invece viene indicato la quota di margine inutilizzato sui plafond concessi ai debitori.
D.2 – Non vi sono in essere garanzie e impegni verso clientela con esposizioni deteriorate.
D.3 – Non vi sono in essere crediti iscritti in bilancio d’esercizio *per intervenuta escussione*
Normalement, pour "escussione", on parle d'appel en garantie, non? Ou d'actionnement de garantie.
