Posto che nei bilanci relativi agli esercizi 2007, 2008 e 2009 non sono stati esposti costi e, in generale, perdite per la cifra pari ad € XXX, l'azienda ha perso la possibilità di recuperare fiscalmente tali perdite, sotto forma di crediti di imposta, per i 5 esercizi successivi all’anno in cui le perdite si sono verificate e cioè fino almeno al 2014. |
