"Lambente" fait automatiquement penser au verbe "lambire" = lécher, frôler, caresser.
Peut-être pourrait-on traduire par "avec dispositif à effleurement".
C'est une idée qui vaut ce qu'elle vaut.

On y parle de "sfregamento", càd de "frottement".
On se rapproche de l'idée d'effleurement.

On parle aussi de "stoppini", de "mèches"?
Dans le secteur du désherbage, j'ai trouvé "machines à mèches" (ou à rouleaux). Il s'agit peut-être de cela.
Une machine (ou rampe) à mèches détruisant les insectes nuisibles par frottement.
