Crépine (ou toilette) = De porc ou de mouton, membrane fine, résistante, encore chargée de petites particules de graisse avec laquelle on enveloppe certains mets pour les faire cuire

l'analogie phonétique laisse imaginer que les deux mots ont la même origine et en effet crépine, ça correspond à la première membrane de l'estomac en effet mais si le terme "grippino" est un ingrédient (par exemple de la mortadella) il faut utiliser la traduction estomac de porc, le mot crépine en français est utilisé uniquement pour désigner cette membrane "résille" utilisée pour certaines préparations charcutières et je ne crois pas que le "grippino" est utilisé de la même manière
