IATE est clair à ce sujet, tout au moins pour "rilievo topografico" = levé topographique (plusieurs occurrences et traduction toujours identique).
Apparemment, on utilise plus dans ce cas le pluriel en français et on dit plus facilement "levés d'architecture" que "levés architecturaux".
Il est rare qe "archittetonico" soit traduit littéralement : "architectural/ d'architecture" est bien plus courant. Voir, là encore, IATE ou un quelconque dictionnaire papier.

Je viens de voir dans une autre de tes questions qu'il y a aussi dans ton texte "rilievo fotografico" : à cause de cette présence non signalée, il serait préférable de traduire le tout par "RELEVÉS PHOTOGRAPHIQUES, ARCHITECTURAUX ET TOPOGRAPHIQUES", car "levés photographiques" (qui existe bien) renvoie trop souvent à des sites francophones, donc personnellement, j'évite. Je ne me fie qu'aux emplois bien français.
Dans tous les cas, on ne parle pas de ARCHITECTONIQUE(S), comme l'a écrit Corinne.
