I quadri elettrici sono dotati di un complesso di apparecchiature in grado di acquisire una serie di informazioni, che vengono elaborate ed inviate in remoto attraverso modem GSM al centro di controllo ubicato presso l’Ufficio Impianti della Provincia.
Da ciascun quadro elettrico (pubblica illuminazione) è pertanto possibile acquisire le seguenti informazioni:
- impianto acceso / spento;
- stato dell’interruttore ENEL e quindi presenza di rete;
- stato degli interruttori dei circuiti sottesi al quadro;
- stato degli ausiliari elettrici del Quadro;
- stato della carica batteria del GSM;
- ore di funzionamento dell’impianto a regime permanente o ridotto;

je ne parleraia pas de "ralenti" qui fait penser à un régime de moteur (nombre de tours). Ici c'est le nombre d'heures de fonctionnement à mon avis
régime permanent (appareils allumés 24h sur 24, par exemple dans les tunnels)
régime réduit (ou partiel) (appareils allumés à certaines heures, essentiellement la nuit)

| Grading comment Merci Agnès; c'est en effet ainsi que j'avais traduit au début, mais je ne trouvais pas de "en régime réduit" aux côtés de "en régime permanent", résultat je doutais pour la traduction littérale.
