Bonjour,

J'essaye de traduire deux phrases contenant le terme "passo". Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider?

1. Validità attuale va riconosciuta, ad es., AL PASSO NEL QUALE Paolo avverte che il delegato non puo opporre l'exceptio doli che avvrebbe potuto opporre al delegante in quanto il delegatorio ha ricevuto quanto gli spettava.

2. L'espressione letterale DI QUALCHE PASSO aveva avvalorato la tesi secondo la quale la delegatio solvendi fosse esse stessa una forma di pagamento.

Vu le contexte, il semblerait s'agir davantage de rapidité avec laquelle Paolo a averti le délégué... (IL PASSO dans le sens de temps de réaction)??? Je pourrais aussi me tromper!!!
