Italian to French translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) | | Italian term or phrase: avesse la durata | Si tratta di un contratto..non so se è previsto in francese l'uso del tempo congiuntivo imperfetto:
"le parti stabilivano che il contratto avesse la durata......" |
| | | aurait la durée | Explanation: Il faudrait confirmer par un contexte plus large (pourquoi cet imparfait sur stabilire?) : "les parties avaient établi que le contrat aurait la durée", ou "les parties ont établi que le contrat aura la durée". C'est ce qu'impose la grammaire française. |
