Il faudrait confirmer par un contexte plus large (pourquoi cet imparfait sur stabilire?) : "les parties avaient établi que le contrat aurait la durée", ou "les parties ont établi que le contrat aura la durée". C'est ce qu'impose la grammaire française. |
