ho scelto questa soluzione per questi motivi:
* inizio frase si capisce che deve ridurre i costi ("nell'ottica di un'ottimizzazione di costi infra-gruppo") e dunque "sous-traitance" ha un costo minore in confronto a "externalisation"
* anch'io preferivo "souhaite externaliser" (come proposto da Silvana), definizione del GTD era ok
però in base al resto del mio contesto/pagine file, con appunto la lista delle obbligazioni da rispettare e delle cose da eseguire, "externaliser" NON corrispondeva perché:

le prestataire fait ce que vous lui demandez. Le donneur d'ordres fait l'intermédiaire entre le prestataire et la production.
- externalisation :
vous confiez au prestataire une fonction de votre processus. Il est libre de sa stratégie et de son organisation pour atteindre le but du contrat. Il n'y a plus d'intermédiaire entre lui et la production.
