L’investissement recherché sera mixte tunisien et européen. Le site de Tozeur sera un site pilote. Le Groupe DMC Latimport SA société européenne et le Groupe DMC Maghreb se sont fixé l’objectif de la mise en étude à Tozeur de ce nouveau type d’hébergement.
Dans ce cadre, le Groupe DMC Latimport SA entend intégrer au projet les entrepreneurs, les conseils et la main d’œuvre locale tant pour la conception que pour la réalisation ainsi que l’exploitation du Centre luimême.
Au cœur de la palmeraie de Tozeur, le Centre résidentiel sera constitué de 40 hébergements typiques confortablement équipés ou plus selon les prescriptions du cahier des charges en accord avec les besoins de cette nouvelle clientèle. Cette activité de construction devra être pérennisée vis à vis du marché tunisien et celui de l’exportation. Ces hébergements seront :
Soit vendus à des utilisateurs pour leur usage personnel et géré en location pour leur compte par une structure d’exploitation, soit conservés par le Groupe DMC / ZAD ERRAKEB qui en donnera la gestion à cette même structure.
