Traduction de "groupement" (source L'Economie et les Affaires de Zanichelli).
Groupement professionnel = associazione di categoria.
Groupements maritimes intégrés, semi-intégrés, fermés = associazioni marittime integrate, semi-integrate, chiuse.

Pour moi, "Groupements d'employeurs" convient tout à fait dans ce contexte.
