VS Explanation: Con il termine "ad negotia" si è soliti indicare la cosiddetta procura generale, cioè il potere attribuito al rappresentante di compiere qualsiasi affare in nome e per conto del rappresentato: si distingue dalla procura speciale, o procura "ad negotium" che si ha quando il potere di rappresentanza è limitato ad un solo affare o a più affari determinati.
