Il est possible que l'on considère que "faible impact" fasse référence au choc transmis à la jambe au moment d'arriver en bout de course du pas. Il s'agirait dans ce cas d'une sorte d'amortisseur permettant de limiter les risques de lésions causées par des chocs relativement importants à cadence régulière...
et oui, ça peut faire mal le step !!! ;-)
