Explanation:
en songeant à ce que cela peut signifier, je crois qu'on veut dire cela (soutenu est ok pour un rhytme mais je ne le trouve pas "calzante" pour un vin), c'est à dire il t'invite à en boire encore...

Asker: Oui, j'ai signalé cette terminologie, car j'ai trouvé cette même chose dans un de mes dicos, mais je ne sais pas si on peut appliquer cet adjectif au vin. Attendons les réactions des collègues.

agree  Agnès Levillayer: incalzante: ne nous lâche pas, laisse littéralement des traces en bouche. Soutenu s'utilise en dégustation. Jignore si ça a exactement ce sens-là mais ça rend l'idée.
