Laut EG Nr. 1073/2005 "Eigenkapitalinstrumente".
Sehr gebräuchlich ist m.E. eher "Beteiligungsinstrumente" oder "Beteiligungspapiere" (dagegen: Schuldinstrumente, etc.)
Beispiele aus der Verordnung:
"Lo IAS 32 stabilisce i principi per la classificazione degli strumenti finanziari come passività finanziarie o *strumenti rappresentativi di capitale*."
deutsch:
"IAS 32 stellt Grundsätze für die Klassifizierung von Finanzinstrumenten als finanzielle Verbindlichkeiten oder Eigenkapital auf."
Oder:
"La presente interpretazione si applica agli strumenti finanziari che rientrano nell’ambito di applicazione dello IAS 32, inclusi gli strumenti finanziari emessi a favore di soci di entità cooperative rappresentativi della loro partecipazione al capitale dell’entità. La presente interpretazione non si applica a quegli strumenti finanziari che saranno o possono essere regolati con *strumenti rappresentativi di capitale* dell’entità."
