Das "spontaneo" ist so zu verstehen, dass das Öl ohne mechanische Einwirkung gewonnen wird.
Als Tropföl tritt es aus den Oliven aus, bevor sie zum Pressen kommen, einfach durch ihr Eigengewicht; danach wird es dekantiert, um es vom Wasser zu trennen, das alle Oliven enthalten. Das Öl schwimmt nun an der Oberfläche und wird auch "Oberflächenöl" genannt. Hier wird es einfach abgeschöpft.
Ich würde also sagen "ohne mechanische Einwirkung" |
