Die Anwesenheit sowohl von "consorzio" als auch von "ente" verwirren mich ...

Ist das so korrekt übersetzt:
Staatliche Gesellschaft zur Kontrolle und Zertifizierung von Bio-Produkten?

Oder gibt es einen anderen feststehenden Begriff?

Ich habe "ente" schon in allen möglichen Zusammenhängen gelesen, auch für privatrechtliche Einrichtungen. Wenn es aus dem Kontext nicht klar hervorgeht, um wem es sich hier handelt, würde ich beim Kunden nachfragen oder mich neutral halten. LG.
