Explanation:
Nur eine Vermutung..... in Brasilien ist die "Copertura" (also im Portugiesischen Cobertura..) bei Appartmenthäusern das Penthouse. Vielleicht passt das ja....
Unter Umständen kann diese "Cobertura" auch nicht als Wohnung verwendet werden, sondern es befindet sich dort eventuell ein Fitnessraum, Schwimmbad o.ä. (bei Hotels zum Beispiel aber auch bei normalen Wohnhäusern).
Ich habe das zwar im Italienischen nicht gehört, aber vielleicht ist das ja aus irgend einer anderen Sprache entlehnt oder im Italienischen einfach nur ein untypischer Ausdruck, aber im Zusammenhang würde es schon Sinn machen.
