Italian term or phrase: cupola a carena
"torretta dotata di cupola a carena". This is the context. I'm translating from Italian into German. Thanks.

German translation:kielartige Kuppel
Explanation:
La cupola a carena non è molto diffusa.
Ho cercato nei glossari d'arte in tedesco e in generale su Google: qui ho trovato alcuni riferimenti a questo tipo di cupola, ma alcun nome preciso (spiegavano semplicemente la forma, ossia a carena di nave rovesciata)

Ho trovato anche questo:
Das Innere der Kirche ist schiffskielförmig gestaltet. Die Orgel an der Ostwand
wurde vom Bautzener Orgelbaumeister Herrmann Eule erbaut. ...
www.telta.de/stadtkirche-ebw/kirchen.htm

Qui probabilmente ci si riferisce alla più diffusa copertura a carena (di nave rovesciata)

Kielbogen, Eselsrücken, Sattelbogen

kielförmig gegenschwingender Spitzbogen, bes. in der islam. Kunst, auch in der Spätgotik,
häufig als Rahmenzier bei Fenster- und Türöffnungen im Werkstein- und Fachwerkbau
