Ich habe hier einen Kaufvertrag für ein Fahrzeug, das von Italien nach D verkauft wird. Und hier steht der Kaufpreis "compreso demolizione per esportazione in Germania".

Meine italienische Korrekturleserin hilft mir mit der Bemerkung, dass das Fahrzeug in der italienischen Registrierung als gelöscht geführt werden muss. Wie könnte man das juristisch einwandfrei ausdrücken?
Inklusive der Löschung in der italienischen Autoregistratur? - Kommt mir sehr seltsam vor.

Ja es geht hier um die Abgabe des Nummernschilds (das dann vernichtet wird). Dafür zahlt man eine Gebühr von etwa 30 oder 50 Euro.
