In die Gangsteuerung/-schaltung scheinst Du wohl verliebt zu sein :-). Aber "cambio" und "cambio di velocità" ist meistens "Getriebe/Schaltgetriebe" im Deutschen und eher seltener "Gangschaltung" oder "Gangsteuerung".
Referenzen: keine außer "perönlicher Erfahrung", habe nicht die Zeit.
