TITOLI STRUTTURATI

Sono categorie di titoli obbligazionari che si sono diffuse negli ultimi anni grazie all’abbinamento di un titolo derivato ad un titolo obbligazionario, in varie combinazioni. Il rendimento di questi titoli è solitamente parametrato ad un indice azionario o ad un paniere di indici. Normalmente i titoli strutturati danno diritto ad una cedola a tasso fisso, di solito di modesta entità, al rimborso del valore nominale alla scadenza e ad un plusvalore legato alla variazione dell’indice di riferimento. Solitamente tale incremento, che costituisce il vero interesse per l’investitore, è retrocesso in misura frazionale, in genere dal 60 all’80%.
