Ich kenne deinen Text nicht. Mein Vorschlag gilt somit nur als Vermutung.

After Hours:
questa fase inizia alle ore 18,00, dopo mezz’ora rispetto alla chiusura giornaliera delle 17,30 (il così chiamato “buio tecnico”), e termina alle ore 20,30.
A differenza di quello precedente il menù relativo agli ordini in periodo di after hours sarà costituito dalle seguenti voci.....
