La società emette una N/C **solo contabile** per risarcimento danni per la merce fallata, e sia la società controllante che la società controllata non registrano nell'Intra questa N/C.

Es geht um mangelhafte Waren, die von den Kunden an die Tochtergesellschaft zurückgeschickt und dann aber direkt vom Mutterunternehmen ersetzt werden. Das Mutterunternehmen stellt für die Ersatzwaren jedoch eine Verkaufsrechnung an die Tochtergesellschaft aus.

N/C steht - wie ich vermute - für No Charge (ich lasse mich natürlich gern eines Besseren belehren).

Asker: Ich habe auch schon zu "Proforma-Rechnung" tendiert, war mir aber nicht ganz sicher. Dass N/C für Nota di Credito steht, hätte mir eigentlich auch einfallen müssen. :)
