Italian to German translations [PRO]

Laboranalyse von Blut etc.:
Aliquote di sangue, urina, bile ed omogenato di fegato, rene venivano sottoposte ad estrazioni basiche in Toxi-lab A tubes.
Gli estratti, portati a secco sotto flusso di azoto, venivano ripresi con 50 mcl di miscela estraente ed analizzati in gascromatografia utilizzando una colonna capillare SPB1 (Tc = 200-280°C) e rivelatore FID, contro standard a titolo noto di una miscela di benzodiazepine ( alprazolam, clobazam, clormetildiazepam, diazepam, delorazepam, desmetildiazepam, flurazepam, flunitrazepam, lorazepam, lormetazepam, medazepan, midazolam, oxazepam, pinazepam).
Ich bekomme heraus:
Proben von Blut, Urin, Galle, Leberhomogenat und Niere wurden in Toxi-lab A tubes basische Substanzen entzogen.
Die Extrakte wurden mit Stickstoff getrocknet, mit 50 mcl Extraktionsmischung versetzt und unter Zuhilfenahme einer Kapillarsäule SPB1 (Tc=200-280°C) und FID einer Gaschromatographieanalyse unterzogen......ABER DANN????
