ich finde: modifizierte Selby-Methode, oder modifizierte Feldmethode.....
da im Text einige Tippfehler enthalten sind (und nicht nur deshalb...), bin ich leicht konfus
DANKE, mir kommt Folgendes heraus:
Aliqote Teile von Blut, Urin, Galle, Nierenhomogenat, Leber und Lunge wurden anhand eines sauren Hydrolyseverfahren mit Salzsäure und einem Zusatz von Nalorphin (I.S.) versetzt und mit einer Mischung von organischen Lösungsmitteln bestehend aus Chloroform/Isopropanol (3/1) nach der modifizierten Felby-Methode auf pH 9 extrahiert.
