Italian to German translations [PRO]
Cooking / Culinary | | Italian term or phrase: Mattonella di salmone arrostito | Hallo zusammen!
Ein Freund von mir (Besitzer eines Restaurants) hat mich gebeten, sein Menü ins Deutsche zu übersetzen. Bei den Fleisch- und Fischgerichten bin ich auf diese "mattonella" gestoßen. Ich habe das Bild klar im Kopf, kann aber keine passende Lösung finden.
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen? Ich bin gespannt, was dabei rauskommt ;+)
