Explanation:
Hab's leider auch noch nicht gehört, aber würd's so lassen. Ein typisches Herbstgericht scheinen wohl calamari ripieni zu sein. Theoretisch könnte es aber auch ein Nachname sein (z.B. der des Kochs).

Hmm, also dann bin ich leider auch überfragt. Hier noch ein Link, wonach die calamari hauptsächlich im November/Dezember gefangen werden, vielleicht bezieht es sich auch darauf?
