Italian term or phrase: Non esitano alti sughi preparati!

È da sotto lineare che le pietanze con la pasta – escluso Ragù e Pomodoro –
vengono fatti al momento. Non esitano alti sughi preparati!

Aus einer Restaurantbeschreibung. Vielleicht stehe ich heute besonders auf dem Schlauch, aber die Übersetzung "Non esitano alti sughi preparati" bereitet mir Schwierigkeiten.

Für eure Hilfe wäre ich also sehr dankbar!

Explanation:
Nicht dass dies die Übersetzung dessen wäre, was im Original dasteht – aber das kann ja bloß falsch sein! Ich glaub, da hat jemand sehr flüchtig einen (vielleicht handschriftlichen) Text abgeschrieben.
