mantecare con burro e Parmigiano - si tratta di risotto...la frase si troverà come istruzione su un pachetto di risotto precotto
habe schon einiges gefunden: versiegeln, veredeln, cremig binden...bin noch nicht ganz zufrieden ...hat jemand eine bessere Idee? Danke!!

Wenn es um die "Technik" der Zubereitung geht, dann würde ich "unterheben" verwenden (und keinesfalls verquirlen oder unterrühren)
