Bei den "germogli di luppolo" müsste es sich um "Hopfensprossen" handeln, im Web kursiert aber auch "wilder Spargel" - was ist des Rätsels Lösung?

Explanation:
Wie wärßs mit dieser Mischung? Wildspargel wird seit Jahrhunderten als Gemüse gesammelt. Auch die Kultur von Spargel als Nahrung ist in Europa seit der Antike bekannt. Neben wildwachsenden Asparagus Arten wie A. officinalis und Asparagus acutifolius werden auch andere Pflanzen als "Wildspargel" bezeichnet (z.B. Aruncus dioicus Ornithogalum pyrenaicum und Hopfenspargel).
