Ich habe hier ein Rezept für Ravioli und kann mit obigem Terminus nichts anfangen. Möglicherweise ist auch ein Tippfehler dabei, in dem Text hatte ich schon einige gefunden.

Satzzusammenhang: "A questo punto potete prendere le bietole bollite e tritarle bene con un coltello o con una mezza luca".

Vielleicht weiß ein Muttersprachler sofort, was gemeint ist?
