1.3.2.1 Postazioni Operatore

Al posto centrale gli operatori gestiscono l’intero impianto attraverso postazioni operatore, specializzate per profilo funzionale, dotate di schermi videografici, tastiere e mouse. Le postazioni del sistema SV possono essere da un punto di vista funzionale così classificate:

• postazione operativa: postazione dotata di facoltà di telecomando;
• postazione di controllo operativo: postazioni che svolge funzioni di controllo e coordinamento degli operatori e delle postazioni operative, non ha facoltà di telecomando;
• postazione di manutenzione: postazione che svolge funzionalità di monitoraggio finalizzate alla programmazione e alla gestione delle attività di manutenzione, non ha facoltà di telecomando.
• Le postazioni operatore ad oggi disponibili nel posto centrale di supervisione della linea metropolitana 3 sono le seguenti:

• postazione DCT (***Dirigente Centrale Traffico***):
si tratta di una postazione operativa che permette la gestione della supervisione del movimento treni;

Um die Stellung und Funktion des DCT besser einschätzen zu können, gebe ich die Betriebsorganisation der DB zum Vergleich an:

Bisher war und ist die Steuerung und Sicherung des Bahnbetriebes Aufgabe der Fahrdienstleiter in den Stellwerken der einzelnen Betriebsstellen. Zusätzlich sorgte die für einen größeren Bereich zuständige Betriebsleitung für einen flüssigen Betriebsablauf. Deren Disponenten waren den Fahrdienstleitern gegenüber weisungsberechtigt. Bis Ende der 1990er Jahre gab es dafür bei der Deutschen Bahn noch 15 regionale Betriebsleitungen, jeweils am Sitz der ehemaligen Bundesbahn- bzw. Reichsbahndirektionen. Die überregionale Disposition des Zugverkehrs oblag bis 1997 den beiden zentralen Betriebsleitungen in Mainz (DB) und in Berlin (DR).
