Bezugstext zum "compressore rotativo a palette" = Zellenverdichter [meine Auswahl] bzw. Sternkolbenlader:

ROBUSTI E SILENZIOSI
I compressori sono resistenti alla corrosione e ai graffi. Particolarmente compatti sono ideali per installazioni in spazi ridotti. La tecnologia a palette ne garantisce la sicurezza e la silenziosità anche in assenza di carrozzeria esterna.

Im Hoepli bzw. Schlegelmilch und im Web
findet man unter "compressore rotativo" Rotationsverdichter/-kompressor oder Umlaufkolbenverdichter
und unter "compressore rotativo a palette multiple" Mehrkammer-Rotationsverdichter.

Bei allein stehenden "palette" hatte ich einst im Bereich Druckluft auch "Lamellen" verwendet.

Leider gab es unter "Kammer/Lamellentechnologie/-technik" aber keinen Webtreffer. Und die Zellentechnologie ist ja wohl nur im Zshg. von Batterien ein Begriff.

Wer weiß Rat!

agree  belitrix: Das Paddelsystem ist wohl für den Eiswürfelbereich vorgesehen. Aber warum sollte man diesen Ausdruck nicht auch für andere technische Anwendungen prägen? Macht schon Sinn - denke ich.
