Si tratta di macchine periferiche per l'automazione delle pressoclatrici a camera freaa e camera cala.
Ho trovato SCHLEIFMASCHINE, ma non sono convinta al 100%

Ich habe für "smaterozzatura" mehrfach Speiserabtrennung und folgende Definition gefunden: smaterozzatura s. f. [der. di materozza, col pref. s- (nel sign. 4)]. – In fonderia, operazione di asportazione della materozza dal getto, che viene eseguita con adeguata attrezzatura da taglio.
Demnach gehe ich davon aus, dass es sich um ein Schneiden oder Abtrennen handelt; Schleifen würde ich nicht schreiben.
Außerdem denke ich, dass Anguss und Speiser zwei verschiedene Dinge sind. (z.B.: "Nach dem Abschrecken und Abschlagen des Angusses wird der Speiser abgesagt, der Salzkern ausgewaschen, der Kolben vergütet (8–10 Stunden bei 200 ◦
C) und anschließend spanend in seine endgultige Form gebracht.")
"Speisertrennmaschine" ergibt aber trotzdem nur wenige Hits in Google; "Speiserabtrennung" findet man öfter. Ich hoffe, ich helfe dir trotzdem weiter.

Soweit ich informiert bin, handelt es sich um ein Abschneiden. Abschlagen wäre "Smaterozzatura a colpi di mazza = Abschlagen der Speiser" (siehe http://dict.leo.org/forum/viewUnsolvedquery.php?idThread=810... Ich denke, deine Übersetzung Speiserabtrenner ist in Ordnung.

Asker: @NinA: Danke fuer deinen Beitrag. Ich habe bereits die Frage geschlossen, denn in der Zwischenzeit habe ich diesen Begriff gefunden: SPEISERABSCHLAGER oder eventuell auch deinen Vorschlag (allerdings so: SPEISERABTRENNER, da es sich um eine Maschine handelt). Schoenen Sonntag noch!!!
