Italian to German translations [PRO]

Due sono le categorie di beni che rientrano nella tutela paesaggistica:
a) i beni vincolati con provvedimento ministeriale o regionale di "dichiarazione di notevole interesse pubblico" ai sensi dell'art. 139, cioè le bellezze individue e le bellezze d'insieme (si tratta delle categorie già previste dall'art. 1 della L. 1497/39);
b) i beni vincolati in forza di legge di cui all'art. 146 (previsione che deriva dalla L. 431/85), cioè quelli che insistono su fasce o aree geografiche prevalentemente di tipo fisico per le quali la legge stessa riconosce la necessità di una tutela. |

ich verstehe das so..und sehe auch eigentlich keine andere Möglichkeit der Interpretation: .. die aufgrund der physikalischen Beschaffenheit einzelner Gebiete dem Landschaftssschutz zu unterstellen sind
