ziemlich vorsichtig, denn ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das im Endeffekt dasselbe ist.

Sicherlich ist der Begriff Selbstregulierungsbestimmungen nicht falsch ... aber beim kurzen googlen "Verhaltenskodex + Börse" sind doch relativ viele Treffer zu finden.

agree  maraguablu: Effettivamente Verhaltenskodex è molto più usato in Germania. Credo che possano essere sinonimi. Qui trovi un esempio d'uso di entrambi: www.efd.admin.ch/d/dok/gesetzgebung/ vernehmlassungen/2004/01/anlagefondsg.pdf -
